Not too sure about all this online course stuff ?

Zoom video conferencing is free for you to sign up to and use to attend our online courses.

You can attend our courses using a computer, mobile phone or tablet, without having to download and install any software.

You simply select "Join from your browser" on the Zoom website, when asked how you wish to join the meeting, after clicking on the meeting link we send to you via email.

Zoom do state however that using your internet browser only offers basic meeting functionality and advise that for the "best experience" you should install the device appropriate Zoom Workplace app.

For a computer you install the Zoom Workplace desktop app (macOS, Windows or Linux), and for a mobile phone or tablet you install the Zoom Workplace mobile app (iOS or Android).

These apps can be downloaded for free from the Zoom Download Center


Request a Zoom test meeting prior to the day of your course

If you're worried that Zoom might not work properly on the day, then get in touch and at your request we will happily set up a Zoom test meeting, at a mutually convenient time, prior to the day of your course, to make sure it's all working as it should and you're happy with it, thereby putting your mind at rest.
