Collected Personal Data

Personal data collected includes (but is not limited to) :
Driver CPC course delegate name(s) - first, middle and last
Driving licence number, vocational category driving entitlement held and validity dates
Contact details including email address and telephone number

In the case of a corporate client the company's name and address (not classed as personal data),
however the name / email address / phone number of our point of contact within the business is classed as personal data
 

Purpose of collecting data

Data is collected in the first instance for the purpose of
communicating information regarding our courses to you

That data is then further used to notify the DVSA (Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency)
of your attendance on a course, for the purpose of accrediting you with Driver CPC hours,
if and when you attend one of our courses

Unless compelled to do so by law, we do not reveal or share your personal data
with any third party other than the DVSA
